From my experience Yoga showed me the path to follow in my life, it heals me by reconnecting my mind and my body. Allowing myself to make better decision and stay focused on my goal. The first time I heard Sound healing I immediately feel connected with the power of the vibration and the healing properties. After few sessions I had a blissful moment when I was able to hear my organs moving, biting, working. I cried. At this very moment I realised that I have been disconnected from myself for too long. Now it was about time to listen to myself!
I believe that yoga has something to offer to every single person in every stage of their lives. Sometimes we may not even know what our goals are, but yoga and meditation will still be there guiding us.
I hope that as a teacher I can help each student to discover how yoga allows us to uncover and embrace our true selves, as the radiant, healthy and loving beings that we are deep down. I combine Pranayama and Sound Healing to my practice yoga for deep relaxation. I invite people to listen to themselves.
Our body is smarter that our mind (also called chitta mind in the Vedas). If we take the time to listen to it, it will show us the path to follow. Everything become easier to deal with, the answers are coming naturally.
Sound healing helps to regain a sense of self-worth and promotes processes of physical recovery. If we choose to believe that there they are many questions and problems in life, we must also believe that the answers and solutions can be found in ourselves. Both Yoga and Sound healing are good tools for bringing peace to the spirit, to enter the silence and to KNOW.
Everything is a vibration and you tune your body like you tune an instrument. Different instruments are set to certain frequencies. Sound healing allows your body to heal itself by slowing down your brain waves, which affect every cell in your body, shifting them from diseased to being in ease
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life.
The mental health benefits of meditation include better focus and concentration, improved self-awareness and self-esteem, lower levels of stress and anxiety, and fostering kindness. Meditation also has benefits for your physical health, as it can improve your tolerance for pain and help fight substance addiction
Pranayama is "Control of Breath". One can control the rhythms of pranic energy with pranayama and achieve healthy body and mind. In yogic point, Pranayama is basically series of exercises, which aims at bringing more oxygen to blood and to the brain.
